Which Johnson System Fits Your Property?

Johnson’s current Spanish range includes domestic wall splits, MultiComfort3 multi-splits, floor consoles, ducted and cassette equipment, and larger VRV or high-static-pressure options. Product families serve different buildings and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Johnson Wall-Mounted Splits

Current Spanish listings include Denali, Liceo, Everest 2, Etna 2 and Teide 2 wall-mounted families. These occupy different efficiency and feature levels. A single split can suit one bedroom, living space, office or other defined zone when the outdoor position and route are practical.

MultiComfort3 Multi-Splits

Johnson describes MultiComfort3 as supporting compatible wall, ducted, cassette and floor-console indoor units, with selected outdoor models serving up to five indoor units. The exact combination, total connected capacity, pipe lengths, height differences and simultaneous use must be checked in current technical data.

Ducted, Cassette and Console Systems

Ducted equipment can provide discreet distribution where ceiling voids and routes are suitable. Cassettes can help in open rooms or commercial areas, and a floor console may solve a room where high-wall placement is unsuitable. Return air, static pressure, grilles, drainage, filters and service access are part of the design.

Johnson VRV and Commercial Options

Johnson’s current Spanish catalogue also includes JR8 VRV indoor and outdoor equipment and higher-capacity ducted systems. These require project-specific engineering, controls and commissioning. They are relevant to larger villas, hospitality or commercial premises, not a default substitute for a domestic split.

Current Johnson Denali, Liceo and MultiComfort3 Considerations

Johnson’s live Spanish range identifies model-dependent Wi-Fi, filtration, Active Clean, Follow Me, Breeze Away, low-temperature operation and multi-split compatibility. The proposed equipment will be checked against its own page and technical sheet because a feature listed for Denali should not be attributed automatically to Teide, a ducted unit or every multi-split combination.

Wi-Fi and Controllers

Wi-Fi is listed as included on selected wall units and ducted combinations and optional elsewhere. Remote handsets, wired controllers, central interfaces and voice-assistant integrations also vary. If app scheduling, rental-property control, Modbus or another interface is important, the required hardware and supported functions will be named in the quote.

Filtration and Cleaning Functions

Selected current wall families list HEPA or antibacterial filters and Active Clean. These are equipment features, not health guarantees. They do not replace ventilation, correct humidity control, accessible filter cleaning or investigation of a building-related air-quality problem.

R32, Efficiency and Published Ratings

Johnson lists R32 on relevant current domestic and VRV equipment, but refrigerant and ratings remain model-specific. European energy labels provide comparative SEER, SCOP, design-load, consumption and sound data under defined tests. They do not predict the bill for a particular home, which also depends on weather, set points, usage and building fabric.

Coastal Coatings

Johnson publishes anticorrosive heat-exchanger treatment on selected MultiComfort3 equipment. That is useful product information for the coast, but it does not make an outdoor unit maintenance-free. The exact treated components, siting, exposure and cleaning access still need to be confirmed.
